You can distill Jesus' command for us to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world down to one word - influence! Salt and light change the condition of whatever they are introduced to. In an ever changing, complex and broken world our cities and nations are crying out for change. It is time for the church to rise to the challenge. Rather than rallying against the darkness we are called to introduce the light. Rather than pointing out the decay we are called to heal and to preserve as we are sprinkled into culture and society.
BE SALT - BE LIGHT - BE HERE
Salt & Light 23 - 25 August 2017
We are privileged to have Bill returning to Manifest Presence for 2017. Bill is the Senior Leader of Bethel Church in California, and his ministry crosses denominational lines in building relationships that enable church leaders to walk in both purity and power. Bill teaches that we owe the world an encounter with God, and that a Gospel without power is not the Gospel that Jesus preached, and his ministry demonstrates this as healing and miracles happen with regularity.
